Melts come in packets of 6 and count as 1 item. You can change the quantity from 1. You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout.

Witcherydodah accepts all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay but we are unable to process orders using cheques or postal orders.

We aim to despatch all orders we receive before 2pm Monday to Thursday within two days of receipt. For orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday we aim to despatch by 5pm Tuesday.

All of our products are handmade and use natural and organic ingredients such as flowers, plants, and crystals and as such, all our products are wonderfully unique creations! Whilst they will not be identical to the images on the website they will in most instances accurately reflect the photos as displayed. Sometimes we may have to substitute a flower or herb or crystal due to seasonal availability, stock, or otherwise but any substitutions will be carefully chosen to be of equal quality, natural beauty, and efficacy in your natural magic workings.
Your email order confirmation will have details of the products you have ordered, but it is not possible for us to individually label each item for identification although the ‘gift a wish boxes’ will have descriptions of the items enclosed. Reference to the website can also be made to view the photos of the items. The candles and melts will have the appropriate candle and wax melt safety warnings and CLP labels of product ingredients attached directly to the packaging or on a separate product information safety sheet. Yes, we all make mistakes, so if you have ordered the wrong items send them back within 14 days. Get in touch immediately using the form on our site and we’ll sort out the rest.
The cost of delivery to anywhere in the UK is £3.99. This is for 2nd class post. It is not tracked. If you require tracking then that is an increased cost of £6.95.
Our orders are sent out by Royal Mail and you can expect it to be delivered in three to five working days from dispatch.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in a saleable condition. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you are unhappy with your items, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. Please include details of the reason why you are returning the items.

Once we have received your item, we will process the refund. This should appear on your bank records /statement within 7 working days.
Orders can be made on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you send us an email to linda@witcherydodah.com we will look to reply to you within two working days unless it is a weekend, when we will respond to your email by Tuesday.
At Witcherydodah our policy is to carefully source all of our ingredients and suppliers of ingredients (who have stated their ethical position also), from the recyclable natural packaging we use; to the biodegradable vegan decorations we use ; to the vegan vegetable undyed soy waxes we use ; to essential and fragrance oils that have not been used on or tested on animals and the naturally dried undyed flowers and plants sourced either from suppliers or directly from our garden using no pesticides and using natural non chemical drying methods; to using real crystals; so that you can confidently shop with us safe in the knowledge that we have researched the items we use in our creations and from our supply chain to the fullest possible extent. We also ensure that any packaging that we receive from our suppliers is recycled and reused at all possible opportunities.
